Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Personalization or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; estimated lead times will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via USPS, UPS, (carrier selected based on destination, package size, and service availability).
- Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping options may be offered at checkout depending on destination.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service.
- Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly displayed on the site and applied at checkout when eligibility criteria are met.

- Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
- A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
- Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; allow 24–48 hours for tracking status to appear after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, first check around your property and with household members or neighbors. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivered date so we can assist.
- For damaged items, retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund subject to our returns policy.
Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure shipping address accuracy at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Partial Shipments
- Items in a single order may ship separately. If so, you will receive separate tracking numbers and shipping confirmations.
Customs, Restrictions & Prohibited Items
- Some products may be restricted or prohibited from international shipment. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and cancel or refund the item.
